Mary Haight and Joe Zimmerman began their careers in the industry through different paths, but they eventually ended up becoming a great team. Haight started in commercial real estate, but switched to residential and joined @properties in 2003; Zimmerman realized he loved the energy of the city and the passion that goes into real estate transactions after searching for his own condo downtown, and took a weeklong course at CAR, then started with @properties in 2001.

The two consistently rank in the top 1 percent each year, so it was only natural to join forces and form MKT Realty within @properties in 2009. In 2008, they were both recognized in the city of Chicago for the top 40 Realtors under the age of 40, and in addition to individually ranking as top producers within @properties year after year, Zimmerman and Haight now rank as one of the top-producing teams. This year, they have $25 million either closed or pending through June.

Though MKT Realty is relatively new, Zimmerman and Haight plan to continue to grow their team and business while creating a fun, high energy and professional environment.

With two proven top-producing agents’ vast knowledge of the market, Haight and Zimmerman are able to give clients the best service possible and work mainly by referral, something that they say makes MKT Realty stand out from the competition.
