Joe McBreen has been in the mortgage industry since 2001, but recently started his own group with Mortgage Services III, LLC, The McBreen Group, just about a year ago. Though it’s been a short time since its inception, The McBreen Group has already managed to increase volume levels, keeps processing in-house and has a complete marketing team. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, McBreen was an arbitrage broker in the Board of Trade and Mercantile exchange, but after discovering his true passion for real estate, he hasn’t looked back. “Getting people into their dream home is the most satisfying experience for lenders and Realtors alike,” McBreen said.

McBreen’s personal goal is to always provide a smooth and seamless transaction for his clients while effectively communicating with his Realtor and attorney partners every step of the way. The McBreen Group also acts as a marketing partner for agents, creating individual websites for each of their listings and using social media to optimize them at little cost. To stay ahead of competition, The McBreen Group helps homeowners build their dream home through construction financing, which many lenders do not offer. McBreen is also passionate about his interests outside the office and is an avid reader and golfer.
