Carrie Bertsos has been in the lending industry for 13 years, and has been a member of Guaranteed Rate’s President’s Club for multiple years running. Scotsman Guide ranked her in the top 75 FHA loan originators in the country. Bertsos is looking forward to continuing down this successful path and will continue to thrive in any market. She is thankful to her wonderful Realtor partners who contributed to her success and is very fortunate of the friendships they have formed over the years together.

Bertsos works with many Realtor partners in the Chicagoland area, and is currently Dream Town Realty’s preferred lender. She helps her clients “achieve the American dream” by educating them through homebuyer seminars, which she co-hosts with her Realtor partners.

“The best part of my career is seeing how excited new homeowners are when they are handed the keys to their new home,” she says. “There is nothing more rewarding than knowing that you were a part of that excitement!”
