Success isn’t just a goal for Nick Yassin. It’s in his blood. Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs, Yassin learned from a young age how to go out and carve his own path.

“As a young boy, I was always interested in finance.” he says. “As I grew older, I discovered I can mix finance and help people achieve the American dream of homeownership.” Yassin works with a diverse clientele, ranging from luxury buyers to first-time homebuyers, all within the Chicagoland market.

Professionally, he is driven to help others along the way to his own success. This past year, he was approached by Nations Lending to launch their first branch in the Chicagoland market, and put together his own team of highly professional and knowledgeable finance professionals known as “The Money Team.” He says his team delivers world-class service to clients and real estate agents through unique marketing and custom-tailored services.

Yassin prides himself on his knowledge of the industry and his calm, cool and collected demeanor. He makes a point to make himself available for all of his clients’ questions. “My understanding of real estate, Realtors’ business needs, and my ability to provide value to both clients and Realtors alike have all been instrumental to my success.”

When Yassin isn’t hard at work “ushering in a new breed of mortgage originators that will provide innovative solutions to Realtor partners,” he considers himself to be a foodie, movie buff and music enthusiast. He also actively donates his time to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, an organization dedicated to funding type 1 diabetes research. He is also a member of the National Association of Hispanic–American Real Estate Professionals.
