Carrington Real Estate Services, a corporately owned and operated national brokerage, announced that it is once again expanding its coverage across the U.S. In response to growing demand in multiple key markets, the company has added offices in Arlington Heights, Illinois, Farmingville, New York and Stockbridge, Georgia, as well as appointed new local leadership in Chicago and Valencia, California.
The three new locations offer multiple branding opportunities and are led by Local Office Leaders Paul Ambrogio (Arlington Heights), Rachel Fernandez (Farmingville) and Dionne Fuller (Stockbridge). Lori Wyatt and Melanie Goocher have been named the local office leaders in Chicago and Valencia, respectively. Drawing from their extensive industry experience and local market expertise, these leaders will work toward driving growth in their respective regions, adding agents to meet increasing demand and providing agents with the professional guidance needed to ensure exceptional service.
“As Carrington further expands its business and geographic reach, we are attracting some of the best local leadership the industry has to offer, and creating tangible new opportunities for professionals to grow their careers in real estate– from first-time agents to more experienced individuals and teams looking for just the right brokerage to partner with,” said Wendy Forsythe, Carrington Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations. “By remaining deeply invested in the continuous career development of our people and in empowering them to provide superior service within their respective markets, Carrington strengthens our commitment to both real estate sales professionals and the clients they serve.”
Local Office Leader Paul Ambrogio, a 23-year Illinois real estate veteran, has a reputation for motivating his agents to consistently achieve optimal customer satisfaction. As an independent broker, Ambrogio established a successful full-service real estate brokerage to serve Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane and McHenry Counties. To accommode the needs of clients in these culturally-diverse markets, Ambrogio hired experienced sales associates who are fluent in the many languages spoken in these areas, including Spanish, Polish, Greek, Russian, Hindi and Chinese. As part of Carrington, Ambrogio’s 10-person office in Arlington Heights is preparing for rapid growth in order to provide exceptional service to even more consumers.
Rachel Fernandez became a real estate broker in 1992 following a successful career in high-end retail sales management. Her passion for real estate empowered her to establish and lead her own full-service brokerage serving various markets in the New York area. Now part of Carrington, Fernandez and her team in Farmingville, New York are prepared to expand their operation in order to effectively support the increasing consumer demand within the region. Fernandez is an active member of her community, a certified REO Specialist and a member of several real estate organizations, including the Long Island Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Hispanic Realtors and the National Association of Women Realtors.
Local Office Leader Dionne Fuller opens Carrington’s Stockbridge location with seven agents and an aggressive plan to increase her sales team to 50 within the next year. Fuller has spent the past 26 years working in many facets across the industry, making her a valuable resource for a variety of real estate clients. Her past experiences include commercial property management with corporate investors and residential management for national and local real estate, property management and development companies. Fuller has been a licensed real estate agent since 2007, holds a Georgia Broker’s License and has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
