Margaret Baczkowski, Senior Broker & Founder

MB Luxury Group, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate

With a focus on the Chicago and Harbor Country luxury markets, Margaret Backzkowski successfully meet the needs of her high-end clients with professionalism. She resides in both markets and knows firsthand what makes each area a great place to call home.

A senior broker and founder of MB Luxury Group with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Baczkowski has a wide range of industry experience that includes development, new construction, high-end buyers and luxury sales. She helps clients identify properties to suit their lifestyles and uses her strong presentation skills to market every home with a keen eye and attention to detail. Her dedication to providing each client with concierge service is key to her model of developing ongoing relationships that last well beyond closing.

Baczkowski formed MB Luxury Group eight years ago, and since then, her top-producing team has combined knowledge, experience and a high level of service to benefit clients who want to buy, sell or invest in high-end homes. The group is dedicated to building client relationships and ensuring ultimate satisfaction with every transaction. They are available to assist clients with everything from a preferred list of vendors and contractors to dog walkers and restaurant referrals.

Along with real estate, Baczkowski is dedicated to reinvesting in her community. She is the founder and board chair of Strides for Peace, a nonprofit that aims to end gun violence. Its fundraising platform, the Race Against Gun Violence, gives children and adults the chance to make a difference while participating in an 8K or 5K run or 2-mile walk. She serves on several charity boards and loves running, dogs and connecting good people to one another. Baczkowski also works for the Bill Nygren Foundation, which supports educational and microfinance organizations.
