Along with real estate, Baczkowski is dedicated to reinvesting in her community. She is the founder and board chair of Strides for Peace, a nonprofit that aims to end gun violence. Its fundraising platform, the Race Against Gun Violence, gives children and adults the chance to make a difference while participating in an 8K or 5K run or 2-mile walk. She serves on several charity boards and loves running, dogs and connecting good people to one another.
