Young Lee, Real Estate Broker

Real Broker LLC

Having grown up in Chicago and its suburbs, Young Lee consistently studies real estate markets in every area in order to understand how inventory and pricing fluctuate in each unique neighborhood. “Clients appreciate my wealth of knowledge, and I enjoy teaching and educating clients on the benefits of real estate, but I also like to explain the process,” Lee says. “It can be a daunting task to sell or buy a home, and I want to make sure my clients feel well-informed.”

A real estate broker and team lead with Real Broker LLC, Lee represents clients throughout Barrington, the North Shore, the northwestern suburbs, the Loop, Old Town and Lincoln Park. A firm believer in meeting clients in their territory, he utilizes social media, VIP emails, websites, short-form instructional videos and podcasting. “After 10 years of having my own brokerage and five years of being at larger brokerage firms, I recently moved my business to Real Broker LLC and couldn’t be happier,” he shares.

A member of Chicago Association of Realtors, Lee was named a Top Producer from 2013 to 2023 and was listed among RealTrends’ top 1.5% of agents nationwide in 2021. While belonging to the Top Agent Network, Asian Real Estate Association of America and Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce, he heads an annual door-knocking food drive that has resulted in the collection of over 100 bags of food each year for the past eight years. “Being in this business before the housing collapse in 2008 and other downturns, I’ve experienced every kind of market,” Lee says. “One thing that always holds true is that there are always winners and losers in every season of real estate, and I want to position clients to be winners in any environment.”

When not working, Lee enjoys playing sports, traveling, coaching his kids’ basketball teams and spending quality time with his wife, his four children and the family’s goldendoodle.
