In 2023, Lauren Roman created her own real estate group to include three team members who were relatively new to the industry. Jessica Gacsko, Alyssa Reils and Teresa Jackson are all brokers who make up The Lauren Roman Group with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. “The four of us share a similar philosophy on how we want to run our businesses,” says Roman. “The benefit to our clients is that we always have someone available to help them. They can work with someone they are comfortable with while also knowing they have the mentorship of a seasoned agent to help guide their transaction.”

Named among the top 2% of real estate agents by the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors in 2023, Roman has been in the industry for seven years. Licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, she works in the southern and southwestern suburbs of Chicago, as well as Northwest Indiana. Gacsko, who has been in real estate a year and a half, and Reils, who has one year of experience, are both licensed in Illinois, covering the city’s southern and southwestern suburbs. With less than a year in her real estate career, Jackson is licensed in Indiana and works in the Northwest Indiana market.

With a mostly referral-based business, The Lauren Roman Group’s clients include first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers and empty nesters. When meeting with new clients, the team provides as much information as possible by providing them with guides and staging tips and outlining a detailed timeline of the entire process.
