Svitlana Creadon, Team Lead, Real Estate Broker

Ivan Toledo, Real Estate Broker

Challenging market conditions require creativity, the ability to look for solutions beyond the obvious avenues. It’s something Svitlana Creadon does well.

Creadon, a real estate broker with COMPASS, was part of the team that sold a 31-unit new development in Chicago, selling 80% of the units at full-asking price and setting a record-high cost per-square footage. They also found the perfect program to finance the deals, securing the lowest interest rate and closing credits for buyers.

Creadon assists buyers, sellers and investors in Humboldt Park, Noble Square, her long-time hometown of Roscoe Village, Southport Corridor, United Center, West Town and suburban Northbrook and River Grove.

Detail oriented and knowledgeable, she puts good strategies in place for clients, sets realistic expectations, is an excellent negotiator and has an eye for design. “I love design and starting a project from the ground up—obtaining permits, working on architectural plans and choosing finishes,” she says.

Creadon is skilled at advising clients on how to add value to properties and maximize profits. She honed her project-management skills studying management and operation management at Loyola University in Chicago. A lifelong learner, she continues to be involved in challenging projects or listings. “You learn nothing from success, only from difficult or stigmatized properties,” she says.

Creadon recently sold several properties at full-asking price that clients tried to sell for years with other brokers and failed.

“It’s so important to know what you’re selling, listen to your clients needs and meet their goals and expectations,” she says.

A member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Creadon is process driven, professional, responsive and knows the markets she is promoting. “Clients trust me and follow my lead,” she says. “I bring up excellent points and it makes sense for them to proceed with the deal.”

A 17-year resident of Roscoe Village, she stays active exploring new neighborhoods and trying out new hot spots.
