A business owner with experience in architecture, urban planning and commercial appraising, Sue Taghabon is a trusted real estate powerhouse with over 20 years of experience. The Baird & Warner Realtor holds two master’s degrees, one in urban planning and policy and another in real estate. Taghabon believes her background enriches the service her clients receive. “My prior experience translates into a well-rounded knowledge and understanding of buildings and neighborhoods and making successful real estate investments,” she explains. Taghabon prioritizes her clients, always finding ways to meet their needs. She shares that she makes herself available via phone call, text and email from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.

Taghabon started her own company, Taghabon Real Estate Advisors, to help clients buy, sell and invest in real estate. She taps into her in-depth knowledge of the real estate world to guide clients through a variety of market conditions and provide them with the information they need to make well-informed decisions. “Clients say I display an unwavering commitment to addressing their questions and concerns and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience,” Taghabon shares. Her success hasn’t gone unnoticed. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors and was recently awarded the 2024 Rising Star Award. She’s also proud to share that in 2024, she met her annual transaction goal by mid-year.

Taghabon enjoys spending time with people, hosting and entertaining friends, family and clients. She also relaxes through cooking, taking long bike rides and reading under her favorite tree in Lincoln Park. She’s thrilled to announce the birth of her first child, Sam, on May 14 and shares that she is looking forward to an amazing first year of motherhood.
