Sharon Dolezal has navigated a variety of markets throughout her 36 years selling real estate, experience that gives her a competitive edge. Dolezal, team lead of The Sharon Dolezal Team, COMPASS, is an expert in the communities she sells. Her knowledge helps clients choose the right communities to call home in the Greater Chicago area.

She was born on the North side of Chicago and has lived in Glenview throughout her career. “I studied real estate and became licensed while pregnant,” she recalls. “Little did I know that I would become a single mom within two years of having a baby. I am forever grateful for my decision to get my license and pursue a career in real estate. It is my passion.”

Dolezal began her career in the northwest suburbs and expanded to the North Shore. During the pandemic, she safely assisted clients and her business thrived. Dedicated to providing buyers and sellers personal service, she holds an initial consultation to ask them questions and then curates their experience based on the answers. Over the years, she has reached “Multi-Million Dollar Producer” status and become a repeat “Five Star” award-winner.

Running a business based mostly on repeat and referral customers, she is proud of the relationships she has built. “I truly bond with my clients,” she says. “I have officiated at three of their weddings. I get to know them and love them.”

Through experience comes wisdom and she has learned a valuable lesson: “You don’t have to work with everyone,” she says. “Every client that comes into your life is not always a good fit. It is important to not let people stress you out and disrespect you.”

Thrilled to have  served as Fourth of July Commissioner for many years  for the Glenview Park District, she is an active member of Guild 2 at OLPH school and enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.
