Rosy Reynolds, Broker Associate

Baird & Warner

This bar-owner-turned-real-estate-powerhouse loves serving her community and interacting with all sorts of people while working as a broker associate at Baird & Warner. “I’ve always been a people person,” Rosy Reynolds says when explaining her career shift, “and I love helping others.” Now she can spend every day guiding her clients through the home buying and selling process and using her free time to serve her community through philanthropy.

Reynolds’ clients describe her as energetic, reliable and hardworking. “I’m very personable,” she says. “I’m there with my clients every step of the way to make them comfortable, confident and successful in their real estate goals. My first priority is to make my clients happy.” Her professional success has earned her awards from Baird & Warner, including Top Producer for April, May and June of this year, with a $1.7 million sale, an office record that breaks into the luxury market category. In 2022, she was included in the Baird & Warner Director’s Club, and the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors chose her for a 20 Under 40 Award for the year 2023.

Having grown up in the Chicago suburbs gives Reynolds a strong connection to her work. “I’ve lived and worked in the suburbs my whole life,” she says. Her care for the city is evident in her community outreach. She’s volunteered for Baskets Made with Love, the International Rett Syndrome Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and a local shelter for women and children. In 2020, she was recognized by Illinois Realtors for her work with local restaurants to feed Plainfield firefighters. She’s always the first to pitch in for local events such as parades, “trunk or treat” gatherings or pumpkin-decorating contests that benefit local children’s hospitals. When not volunteering in one of the neighborhoods she serves, Reynolds can be found at home, crafting in a room that’s dedicated entirely to scrapbooking.
