Robin Phelps Hanson, Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

“I am not slowing down anytime soon,” says Robin Phelps Hanson, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of real estate experience. Phelps Hanson proudly uses this experience to assist buyers and sellers in making informed decisions. The @properties Christie’s International Real Estate broker is known for her over-the-top energy. “I am often on a level 10,” she explains. “I want clients to feel that energy and know I’m channeling it into their success.”

Throughout her career, Phelps Hanson has weathered business highs and lows and seen all types of market conditions. She’s also never limited herself. When she decided to pursue real estate, she made a conscious decision not to restrict her business to a particular area, meaning she now possesses a wealth of knowledge about neighborhoods and suburbs throughout Chicago. “I have lived in the city for 30 years; the city and suburbs are constantly changing,” she shares. “In order to keep up, I study market trends and stay educated on everything from public school ratings, day care centers opening, restaurants and real estate new development sites.” When it comes to marketing, Phelps Hanson invests in all kinds of advertising avenues, especially volunteering, networking and event sponsoring. She’s also always looking for ways to integrate new technologies into her business so that she can better serve her clientele.

Clients count on Phelps Hanson for excellent service and honest advocacy. “My goal is to make each client understand from day one how important they are to me,” she explains. “I remind them I am their advocate, and I tell them I will be there every step.” Phelps Hanson adds that her family, team and clients make her feel like the luckiest person in the world. “I genuinely love the career I have chosen,” she shares. “Not a day and/or a transaction goes by, even the really hard ones, that I don’t feel grateful for my path!”
