Paul Frischer, Real Estate Broker

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

Entrepreneur and Chicago-area native Paul Frischer doesn’t look at the bottom line to determine his success — instead, he reads his client testimonials. “Every single one of those relationships — past, present or future — is my obsession,” he admits. “I love what I do and the people I do it with and that fuels me to perform at my best.”

Most of Frischer’s business comes from referrals. “I provide intense personal service and take my fiduciary responsibility to clients seriously,” says Frischer, a real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. “I love what I do and immerse myself so that each of my clients best interests is served always.”

Though he obtained his license four years ago, he’s worked with the real estate industry for nearly 36 years doing renovations, rehabs and commercial and residential property management. Before earning a degree in psychology and urban planning from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, he worked in Los Angeles with the head purchasing agent of an international general contracting firm. In 2019, he wholeheartedly jumped into real estate full time. “I’m built to identify opportunities and maximize them through negotiation,” he says.

Frischer utilizes his extensive construction background and network to help clients improve their property’s value, whether it’s prepping for a sale or finding a diamond in the rough and making it shine. “I make sure my clients get extraordinary quality, value and service,” he explains.

Frischer recently became licensed in Michigan, serving clients from Southwest Michigan to Evanston, along with Chicago’s North Shore and the city. He enjoys helping Chicagoans fulfill their dreams of owning a beach house, forested property or horse farm.

In 2022, Frischer received the BHHS Chairman’s Circle Gold award for ranking in the top 2% of agents companywide. He is a recipient of a 2023 BHHS President’s Circle award (the highest award given to an individual in the Evanston office that year) and was recognized by North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors for being in the top 5% of transactions closed on the North Shore.
