There may be no more ardent advocate for her beloved Windy City than Patricia Pulido, a 17-year veteran of a business in which her passion for Chicagoland is evident. “Getting to travel around and see my city constantly is one of the biggest perks of being a Realtor!” Pulido declares. “We have the most beautiful city in the world as our office, and I appreciate that every day.” Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, she has a deep-rooted connection to the city that spans more than six neighborhoods — though she proudly stays true to her South Side roots.
Early on in her career, Pulido’s talent was recognized on the hit HGTV show “Designed to Sell.” Today, she specializes in a broad spectrum of real estate, from single-family homes to multiunit buildings and new construction, catering to first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike. Her approach combines local market expertise, a client-centered focus and innovative tech integration, making her stand out in a competitive market. She reports that 95% of her business comes from referrals from clients, family and friends, and is bolstered by an extensive network of sororities and fraternities nationwide.
Pulido’s commitment to service is evident in her volunteer work. She actively supports Sarah’s Inn, which advocates for domestic violence survivors, and the Haymarket Center, which focuses on addiction and behavioral treatment. Through her sorority, Sigma Lambda Gamma, she engages in year-round efforts for breast cancer awareness.
When not working or volunteering, Pulido enjoys exploring Chicago’s vibrant culinary scene, biking and hiking nearby trails and dunes. A seasoned marathoner, she’s proud to be a legacy runner for the Bank of America Chicago Distance Series, with three Chicago marathons under her belt. Her love for travel also fuels her desire to further explore Mexico and South America.
