Niki Rocco’s roots run deep in Chicagoland. She grew up in the southwest suburbs and became very familiar with the entire area as her family lived throughout. Currently residing in New Lenox, she says, “Each of the suburbs has their own unique offerings. We love being part of the booming community in New Lenox. This intimate connection isn’t just sentimental; it’s strategic for Rocco, providing her with the insider knowledge upon which her reputation is built.
A degree in marketing was the foundation for Rocco’s career in real estate. “I started working in a real estate office after college,” she explains. “A few years later, I knew I wanted to help friends and family with the homebuying process.” Her transition from guiding agents to being in the trenches herself five years ago was a natural evolution.

From initial consultations at local coffee shops to meticulously crafted marketing campaigns, she ensures every client feels valued and understood.
To help achieve her goals, Rocco stresses the importance of social media. “It’s so important to stay in front of your people,” she adds. Her social media gives a glimpse into her personal life, filled with family outings, local adventures and a passion for her community. “I strive to show a more personal side of me on social media rather than all business.” That personal side includes her other roles as wife and mother. “I love spending time with my little family,” she shares.
