Holding a bachelor’s degree in finance from Chicago State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management, Natasha Robinson possesses a business acumen that’s also highlighted in her graduation from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program. Her journey into the mortgage industry began about 20 years ago when she started working in a real estate closing department, later transitioning to a loan processing role. There, her eagerness to learn and dedication to her craft were undeniable. Over the course of 12 years, she perfected her skills and deepened her understanding of mortgage loans, working with clients and mastering industry guidelines.
In 2015, Robinson transitioned to leadership as vice president of lending on a full-time basis, leveraging her experience and passion for helping individuals build wealth. With a comprehensive suite of loan offerings and down payment assistance programs, she is dedicated to educating clients and communities. With personal experiences in many facets of real estate, she’s able to provide high-quality customer service and tailored offerings to her clientele.
As a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. and the Jack and Jill of America organization, Robinson embodies excellence and leadership. She ranks among the top 1% of originators and held the title of No. 1 Female FHA Originator in Illinois from Executive Magazine in 2023. Her other accomplishments include attaining Chairman’s Club status, the highest level at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, and establishing her own dynamic branch in the Bronzeville/South Loop community.
Beyond her professional achievements, Robinson finds joy in family life, sharing adventures with her husband and two children. She loves to travel, with Las Vegas and Miami ranking among her favorite destinations. A Chicago native, she remains deeply connected to her roots and local community.
