A seasoned mortgage lending professional, Michael Touloupakis has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Despite the challenges of the past year, he has maintained his position as one of the top lending advisors in the country. Consistency, dependability and availability have been the hallmarks of his career in mortgage lending. After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Touloupakis began working in financial services, where he has built strong relationships advising clients.
Recognized as a JPMorganChase National Achiever in 2023 and 2024, Touloupakis is known for his experience and exceptional customer service. “Even though I work at one of the largest banks in the world, my clients always get the white-glove treatment and the boutique feel,” he says. “I consistently put my clients first and am so grateful when my clients refer their friends and family to me.” He often sends preapproved leads to agents and always keeps his referral partners updated throughout the transaction.
A senior home lending advisor with JPMorganChase, Touloupakis believes his excellent communication skills help him achieve success. “I put my clients first to ensure we close a seamless deal on time,” he explains. “I am in constant contact with my clients and anticipate any possible obstacles and how to overcome them.” After more than two decades in the mortgage business, Touloupakis still has appreciation for his role in guiding his clients through one of the largest investments in their lives. Having closed thousands of transactions, he expertly identifies the best product available for each client. “Whether it’s a $100,000 loan or $5 million, I treat every client with the same level of exceptional service,” Touloupakis says. Based downtown, he lends nationwide. “It is my job to get my client to the finish line as smoothly as possible,” he says.
