With expertise in multiple loan types, including jumbo, conventional and VA and FHA financing, Gill sets herself apart with an educational and goal-oriented business posture. “I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients and being available for any questions or concerns, day or night, and respond in a timely manner,” she says. Gill goes on to note, “My business style is to take a consultative approach to each client and listen to their questions and concerns in order to build trust and rapport.” Her prior work history has served as a foundation for her informative style and educational approach.
