Leticia Andrade, Real Estate Advisor

Fulton Grace Realty

Leticia Andrade, a Realtor at Fulton Grace Realty, empowers clients to own homes and achieve financial independence. Andrade began her career as a loan processor at Countrywide Home Loans and earned her real estate license in 2005. From that point on, she has fully committed herself to real estate and has received individual sales top producer awards.

Andrade’s clients describe her as passionate, energetic and collaborative. She prioritizes personal interaction with clients, aiming to understand their unique situations. “I have had entire families at my office for meetings so that everyone is on the same page,” she says. “Communication and trust are crucial as this is a family-changing event.”

She contributes to her community by organizing a monthly homeless outreach event, consistently serving “Friends on the Street” on the third Saturday of every month. She’s expanding this cause to become a nonprofit to make a greater impact on Chicago’s homeless communities. “There is no reason why we should have a growing number of tent cities, here in Chicago. Let’s be the change and help our communities, including the heavily populated migrant families coming to Chicago.”

Andrade is also dedicated to holding free financial literacy events for kids aged 5-11 and teenagers aged 12-18 in Chicago communities. “I want to motivate everyone, but especially single mothers,” she shares. “I want to be a positive role model and support their efforts in changing their family legacy so that each generation to come is better than the last.”

Andrade prioritizes her free time to support her daughters. Her oldest is a Columbia College Chicago graduate with a major in graphic design and business and a minor in photography. Her youngest is currently studying abroad with Indiana University, majoring in interior design.

Beyond her professional life, Andrade is committed to fitness, having completed five marathons already and aiming to conquer the six world marathons. She also aspires to compete in an Ironman Triathlon, exemplifying the resilience and dedication that characterize her successful real estate career.
