Confidence, integrity and a positive attitude are traits that best describe Kimberly Evetts as a real estate professional. With an impeccable ability to connect with everyone she meets, she’s a rising star in the real estate industry. As a solo agent with a strong focus on downtown Chicago, Evetts has handled over $35 million in sales in her career, with the first five years focused on high-end rentals in luxury high-rises. Over $400,000 of her sales come from rentals — half being condominium rentals, and the other half, off-market rentals (also known as rental buildings).
Not slowing down anytime soon, she continues to expand her focus to the surrounding suburbs while remaining dedicated to the downtown market. Evetts has been among Chicago Agent magazine’s top 10 most viewed agents in the past three years, ranking No. 10 the first year, No. 7 the second year and No. 2 now. Additionally, her presence on social media has made an impact, garnering her significant recognition throughout Chicago and resulting in several transactions.
Evetts’ relationship-building skills have led her to a successful career in real estate. As a member of Tom Ferry, she has built a business based entirely on referrals and repeat clients.
“I build and maintain client relationships through face-to-face events such as Bark in the Park, Movies in the Parks, cocktail hours at some of the hottest venues in downtown Chicago, and various celebrations” says Evetts. “A lot of off-market deals have happened in the past year — thank goodness for agent-to-agent connections. Being connected matters!”
Deeply involved in community development, Evetts is looking to build something special in memory of her beloved dog, Biggie. When not working, she enjoys being outdoors with her new dog, Ramona, and spending time in the city with friends. She loves her job and is excited to connect with new sellers and buyers ready to make the move to Chicago.
