A passionate entrepreneur inspired to by an investment colleague to blend economics with real estate, Jennifer Saigh is currently a successful real estate broker. “Real estate is my first career while I continue studying economics online and am finishing my bachelor’s degree,” she says. “By completing my degree, I will further understand how economics and the real estate market come together.”

Bringing five years of real estate industry experience, Saigh is a coveted Fulton Grace Realty broker specializing in residential multi-unit and condo sales as well as leasing in downtown high rises, on the west side and throughout the suburbs. “I enjoy helping people with investments and finding new places to call home,” she says. “I love hearing positive feedback from clients because it reminds me why I love my work so much.” Recognized for being an excellent negotiator, assertive and strategic, clients appreciate her response time and dedication to obtain the best possible outcome.

Consistent winner of Fulton Grace Realty’s Top Rental Producer award, Saigh assists with first-time real estate investment purchases of multi-unit properties. She credits her success to her ability to understand, excellent communication and ability to relate to clients while having fun throughout the process. “I am assisting clients with very large purchases so they need to know they can trust me,” she says. “In this age of texting and emailing, I prefer to have a conversation with clients prior to working with them.”

Saigh loves spending time with her pet chinchilla and enjoys exploring and traveling to different countries. In 2023, she visited five different countries and she plans on going to Argentina, Uruguay and Chile this fall. “Solo travel is great for increasing my confidence and problem-solving abilities, which also benefits my career,” Saigh explains. “And I meet other real estate professionals from all over the world.”
