Janet Jasmer’s obsession with real estate began at a young age. The senior broker for Christie’s international Real Estate recalls poring over the real estate section of the Chicago Tribune religiously throughout her childhood. Now, with 25 years of experience behind her, Jasmer’s passion for the world of real estate shines through as she serves her clients with expertise and excellence.

Known for her high standards and above-and-beyond customer service, Jasmer has earned a reputation that allows her to work solely by referral. Recently, Jasmer took on a client who had been searching for a home for over two years. Under Jasmer’s attentive support, the client was matched with their dream home in just three months. “I showed them what I felt was the ideal fit and educated them on the market in a different way then what they had previously been doing,” she explains.

Working mainly in Chicagoland, from the South Loop to Rogers Park to Old Irving and beyond, Jasmer also represents clients in all neighboring Chicago suburbs. Since Jasmer has lived, worked and raised her family in Chicago neighborhoods, she feels uniquely equipped to help clients find homes they love in areas that meet their needs. In her free time, Jasmer volunteers helping refugees to secure rental housing. “I feel good that I can offer my assistance and knowledge and really be making a difference in someone’s life,” she shares.
