Izabela Dianovsky’s greatest joy is to match families with the perfect home in an area that suits their requirements and aligns with their dreams.

Dianovsky, a global real estate advisor with Jameson Sotheby’s, specializes in luxury properties in the North Shore, an area she has called home and raised a family in for more than a decade. She’s thrilled to share with clients all the wondrous beauty, fantastic amenities and quality schools her family has experienced firsthand.

“My entire adult life and career has been real estate oriented,” she says. “I have approached this business from both sides, as a homeowner, real estate investor and now, a real estate broker.” With every transaction, she brings a deep understanding of both the client’s needs and structure of the property they are selling or purchasing.

“Collaboration is the key to success,” she says. “I am results driven with an emphasis on kindness and integrity. Once we have mutual trust and respect, everything else will amazingly fall into place.”

An award-winning broker, the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR) ranked her among the Top 5 percent of members by residential sales volume in 2022. That same year, she was Jameson Sotheby’s No.1 North Shore residential agent and earned the brokerage’s “Quarterly Best” award for all four quarters. However, her proudest moment was watching her twin son and daughter enter college last fall.

Dianovsky grew up having big breed dogs all her life but became a lost-cause cat lover to the family’s rescue, a Siberian ginger bundle of love named Amber. Multi-lingual, one of her favorite hobbies is reading. Constantly on-the-go, she greatly appreciates audiobooks and loves to listen to them while driving or at nighttime. Another relaxing and fulfilling passion is cooking. “Creating healthy, delicious meals and feeding my friends and family gives me great joy,” she says. “The kitchen is my Zen sanctuary.”
