Energetic and driven, Gerardo T-Quiroz prides himself on his tenacious work ethic. Through determination and strategy, he’s earned his spot as lead agent for the Lewis Group of Dream Town Real Estate, part of the top 1% of all teams in Chicago. Early in his career, T-Quiroz’s team lead, Danny Lewis, empowered him to succeed. “[He] has always given me the opportunity to shine and work towards my fullest potential,” T-Quiroz explains. “When I started on his team in 2017, he had close to 10 agents, and it eventually came down to one agent, me!”

T-Quiroz and the Lewis Group are tech savvy, using innovative, user-friendly tools like ZENLIST to reach clients. T-Quiroz mentions the importance of blending the professional and the personal on social media, explaining that connecting to clients in a relatable way is important to him. “Being genuine in this business is key,” he says. The duo keeps things organized, taking a divide-and-conquer approach that plays to their individual strengths. “[We] have a great system in place, allowing us to provide outstanding service to our clients,” T-Quiroz explains.

T-Quiroz works throughout Chicago, including the downtown, West Loop, Lincoln Park and Lakeview areas and occasionally the North Shore suburbs. Specializing in condos and SFH, T-Quiroz shares that one of his biggest accomplishments in the past year was assisting a client who sold a multi-unit in the Bridgeport neighborhood. This property had been owned by the same family for decades. “It was such a bittersweet feeling seeing our client meeting the buyer the day before the closing at the final walkthrough and giving the new owner, a first-time buyer, his blessings,” T-Quiroz recalls.

Last year, T-Quiroz had the opportunity to visit Mexico City with his partner to reconnect with family for the first time in years. The experience combined both of T-Quiroz’s favorite non-work activities: travelling and spending time with loved ones.
