She is the co-founder of the women’s empowerment movement My Do Over and has been invited to speak at The Congressional Black Caucus on several occasions.

Pinkney also mentors other real estate professionals, empowering them to build loyal clientele and hone their skills. She wrote her first book, “Mogul in the Making: An Interactive First Year Real Estate Success Guide,” in 2022. The interactive journal is designed to inspire and educate.
