Often described as accessible, relational, informative and tenacious, Daniel Chookaszian has learned a lot during his 18 years in real estate. As senior home lending advisor and CPC at JPMorganChase, Chookaszian advises clients using his perceptive understanding of market cycles and human nature. “My clients like and trust me,” he shares. “They see me as a resource and an advocate.” Chookaszian is proud of the way he adapted to the current real estate landscape and led his team through a low-inventory market. His success hasn’t gone unnoticed, and he has been honored with the Chase National Achiever award five years in a row.
Specializing in jumbo, VA and out-of-state loans and closing in trusts and LLCs, Chookaszian helps luxury and first-time homebuyers close on single family, multi-family and condo properties. Mobilizing his close-knit and disciplined team allows him to accelerate the loaning process and provide superior service. “Being on a team, there is internal comradery and community,” he explains. “We care about each other and know each other’s strengths. We assign clients tasks based on these strengths.” Chookaszian adds that his partnership with JPMorganChase gives him the opportunity to help his clients even further by connecting them with JPMorganChase’s platform and products, whether they bank with JPMorganChase or not.
In his free time, Chookaszian spends time with family. He enjoys singing lead vocals and playing guitar in a band with his dad. He’s also proud to share that his wife just completed her first commercial interior design project at a non-profit organization.
