Courtney Bohnen Stach, Realtor

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate County Line

Raised in Hinsdale, Courtney Bohnen Stach holds deep roots in the community. Her overall knowledge of the area, including its history and the families that live there, is a tremendous benefit. “My mother was my mentor and driving force to get into real estate,” Stach shares. “I will always treasure my years working with my parents while we owned County Line Properties.” Stach is now a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate County Line, where she remains a top producer. “I found balance in my new role as an agent versus owner.”

Stach specializes in custom service and strategic marketing, offering her clientele assistance with organization and staging and finding the right contractors and designers for the job. After studying communications in college, she worked in sales for 10 years while practicing real estate on the side until she made the move to full-time agent. “My experience in business-to-business advertising and data networks built an excellent foundation for long hours, writing proposals and contracts, retaining business relationships and always improving and working toward the common goal of excellence for myself and my company.”

Winner of her company’s Emerald Producers Award, Stach has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent for multiple years. A member of the District 181 Foundation, The Garden Club of Hinsdale and The Collector’s Club of Hinsdale, she also serves on the board of the Booster Club of Hinsdale Central High School.

Stach works very hard to smoothly navigate her clients through the real estate transaction, to ensure a seamless buying or selling experience. “I help people overcome obstacles and accomplish their goals while getting smarter, wiser and better with each closed transaction,” she insists. “I put myself in their shoes, see their home and their needs through their lenses and work to customize a perfect plan for them.”

When not working, Stach enjoys time with her family, Eric, Henry and Charles and their dog, Huck. She also loves to paint furniture, garden and read.
