While still in college, Panozzo managed a multimillion-dollar fashion brand. She learned that what it took to run a fashion business applies to any business: anticipate needs and solve problems. After college, she accepted a position at a leasing company. There, she fully realized her love of the industry and that real estate would be her lifelong career.
