Brittany Simon, Real Estate Broker

COMPASS

“I’m truly passionate about real estate and cannot imagine doing anything else,” says Brittany Simon, a third-generation broker. She brings more than a decade of experience to every transaction and extensive knowledge of what makes each neighborhood special. Having grown up in Chicago’s suburbs and lived in different parts of the city, she brings to clients the benefits of her experiential vantage point. She’s able to offer tips on everything from school systems to community activities and the best places for a night of dining and fun.

Though 2023 proved to be challenging, Simon uses adversity as fuel to hone her craft. She relies upon her sharp communication and negotiation skills to yield wins in multiple-offer scenarios, assuring her clients that they are in the hands of a capable advocate. “Having the ability to help people navigate through the buying or selling process gives me so much joy,” she shares. Simon acknowledges relationship building and posturing herself as a trusted advisor as significant reasons for her success.

Priding herself on operating with integrity, she displays a high level of fortitude when closing deals. She always goes the extra mile and has earned more than 100 five-star reviews. She also received COMPASS’s Rising Star award for selling in 19 different towns last year as a solo agent, and earned a Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Diamond-level production award. Simon was also featured in DuPage Real Producers last year.

A dedicated mom of two young children, Simon’s passion for helping people navigate the real estate world is really enmeshed into her daily life. Thankful for her supportive husband, she’s always able to make the logistics work so she doesn’t have to skip a beat. She enjoys boating and lake life all summer long, as well as taking her goldendoodle, Snoopy, on long walks. She is excited to foster unprecedented growth over the next year with the Brittany Simon Group at COMPASS.
