As regional president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Midwest, Ayoub Rabah oversees 6,746 agents across 84 sales offices in greater Chicagoland, Michigan, Texas, northwest Indiana and southeast Wisconsin. Combined, these offices brought in a total sales volume of more than $17 billion with 42,713 transactions in 2022. A dedicated leader, Rabah is heavily invested in the business success of the agents with Coldwell Banker Realty. “After introducing a new leadership structure in 2020 and creating a vibrant sales culture, Coldwell Banker Realty has seen incredible agent growth,” says Rabah. “I believe talent is the greatest asset of an organization.”

Prior to being named Midwest regional president, Rabah has served as president of Coldwell Banker Realty in the central west region since 2018. In this role, he oversaw the daily sales operations and development for more than 3,500 affiliated sales professionals in 50 offices across Chicagoland, northwest Indiana, southeast Wisconsin and southwest Michigan. In 2019, he was recognized by the Swanepoel Power 200 as one of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate. Last year, he was recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as a DEI Notable Leader. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Illinois State University and his MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.

Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Rabah served as the senior vice president of marketing for Home Partners of America, responsible for structuring and executing the organization’s marketing and new business development strategy for its investments. In 2004, he founded Great Street Properties, a real estate firm focused on REO, distressed and corporate-owned assets. “I’m proud to have helped grow the firm into the seventh-largest brokerage in Chicago based on sales volume,” he says.

As an agent, Rabah sold more than $360 million in properties and was recognized as the top-producing agent in the Chicago Association of Realtors for more than 10 years. Holding a real estate license in 20 states, he was ranked sixth in transaction volume in 2011 and fourth in 2012 in the Real Trends Top 1,000. “I am also a real estate investor,” he adds, and holds several properties in his personal portfolio.
