Ashlee Fox is in her seventh year of selling real estate and truly cannot imagine having another career. Fox, a broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate, has ranked among the top 3% of agents in the brokerage’s nationwide network since 2020, and has felt humbled to be the recipient of several nominations in the last few years. Although she specializes in the northwestern suburbs, she also assists clients in Chicago, Southern Wisconsin and Florida.

Professional, positive and friendly, Fox considers every referral the biggest compliment she can receive, especially those that come from people who have not directly transacted with her. “I appreciate people speaking my name in a room full of opportunities, because it shows me that people know how hard I will work for them, without having worked directly with me yet,” she says. Fox has a true passion for what she does and takes pride in helping her clients find ‘the one.’

Originally thinking she would do real estate part time while being home with her two young children, Fox quickly learned that to be successful, she had to dive all in. “I learned almost immediately that this industry requires your all, and it took me a few years to find that balance that I am now enjoying with work and life.” Fox says her kids have been along for the wild ride that has been her real estate career, noting, “My children have seen me struggle and seen me succeed, but more importantly they have seen me handle both with levelheadedness.”

One of Fox’s favorite aspects of her business is the people she has met and reconnected with along the way. “I’ve wound up on doorsteps that would change my life forever, and I’m forever grateful for where life takes me.”

Outside of work, she loves to travel, be outside as much as possible, read and spend time with her loved ones.
