Residential and commercial real estate brokers and experts leading the industry for over 31 years, Ann Pancotto and her husband successfully head The Pancotto Group at COMPASS. A third-generation real estate expert, she says there’s no aspect of the industry she will shy away from to meet a client’s needs.

Serving Chicago and its western suburbs, Pancotto is now one of the leading leasing and new-construction experts at her company. For the past three decades, she and her husband have helped develop the luxury home market in Hinsdale and surrounding towns, and they have expanded to multifamily development. Growing as Chicago grows, and with no transaction too big or too small, her team cares a lot about its clients. “Our heart and soul go into it,” Pancotto insists.

Regularly awarded for volume, she and her team enjoyed a notably successful year in 2023, totaling over $30 million in sales. They also were featured in Top Agent Magazine this year for the fifth time in a row. A lifelong learner, Pancotto holds designations in residential and luxury real estate, as well as relocation, and also specializes in short-sale, lender-owned and foreclosure transactions. Underscoring last year’s success, Pancotto was inducted into the COMPASS Legends Society as an honoree.

A member of and charitable volunteer with her local chambers of commerce and elsewhere in the community, she’s also a member of her local and national Realtor associations, as well as a board member of the Commercial Alliance Committee at the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
