Amber Kardosh, Real Estate Agent

@properties Christie’s International

Amber Kardosh, a top-producing real estate agent with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, makes the buying and selling process in Chicago and the western suburbs seamless for clients. A Chicago resident for more than two decades, Kardosh has lived in nearly every neighborhood, from the West Loop to Bucktown. She enjoys letting clients in on the distinct magic each area brings to the tapestry of Chicago life.

Kardosh ventured into real estate when a real estate agent, already thriving in it, suggested she join her in the business. “Until that moment, real estate hadn’t crossed my mind as a career path,” Kardosh recalls. “I was ensnared in a job that lacked challenge and left me uncertain about my future direction.” She took the leap, and nearly a decade later, she remains happy with her decision.

“From sports marketing research to hospitality, and even working for an airline, my career always revolved around presentations, negotiation, and direct interactions with people,” she says. “Those experiences prepared me to excel in a field where communication and negotiation are paramount.”

Kardosh has an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and producing exceptional results. After many years in a partnership, she recently rebranded her business as a solo venture within @properties Christie’s International Real Estate to elevate the level of attention she can provide to each buyer, seller and investor she assists. “By adopting a white-glove service approach, I’m able to ensure that each client’s unique needs and aspirations are met,” she says. In a competitive marketplace, she has consistently secured wins for clients in multiple-offer situations, affirming their trust in her ability to navigate complex negotiations and achieve optimal outcomes under pressure.

In her free time, Kardosh enjoys spending time with her husband and two active boys; playing platform tennis, basketball and softball; and making plans with her gal pals. She also loves supporting local business and organizations, especially Wonder Works Children’s Museum in Oak Park.
