Erin Olson, Real Estate Agent

Baird & Warner

Born and raised in the southern suburbs, Erin Olson has lived in the Chicago area for most of her life. The industry is in her blood, and she spent many Saturday mornings cleaning model homes to prepare for open houses as a child. She previously worked in the medical field before starting her family and helping with her husband’s construction company. Once her daughters were all in school full time, she made the decision to pursue her passion and become an agent.

With specialties in investment properties and working with military personnel and first responders, Olson serves residential buyers and sellers in Chicago’s southern and southwestern suburbs. Her previous experience taught her patience, effective communication and organizational skills, as well as the nuances of the Chicago landscape. “My clients love and appreciate my honesty, communication and commitment to helping them reach their goals,” she shares. “I put their needs first and treat each and every client as if they are family.”

In 2022, in her first full year as a real estate agent, Olson earned the Director’s Club Award with her company. She also has been consistently ranked as a top producer at Baird & Warner’s Frankfort office and is a part of the company’s Military on the Move/First Responder Program. A known hard worker with a client-first bent, she notes, “Working with me is so much easier because of the ‘team’ I work with. My husband is a loan officer, so our clients have all the answers right at their fingertips. We act as a one-stop-shop, and our clients love how seamless it makes each transaction.”

Olson recently sold her own home in just three days, facilitating the purchase of her family’s dream home. “I am proud to show my daughters that it is never too late to pursue your dreams and to do what you love and love what you do,” she says. When away from work, she loves spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling and being outdoors.
