It’s not about the sale, it’s understanding the client’s ‘why,’ and having the drive, knowledge, and connections to make it happen.”
Glueckert was a teacher prior to becoming a Realtor. “I have carried many of those skills with me into real estate, including attentiveness, flexibility, organization and dedication,” she says. “I continue to be an educator to my clients and guide them to make the most-informed decision. I want them to feel confident and have the best support system through this major life purchase from beginning to end.”
Glueckert doubled her sales in 2021 and was awarded Top Producer status in her company for sales achievement. This year’s biggest accomplishment was successfully navigating the competitive market with multiple offer situations and using creative strategies to deliver a positive outcome. “Real estate allows me to be innovative and have fun, but also be resilient and fight hard to get my clients to their end goal,” she says. She is proud to say that most of her business comes from her sphere of influence and referrals from previous clients, something that she is very grateful for and considers a tremendous compliment.
In addition to being a Realtor, Glueckert is also a certified home stager. “I have a passion for design and a strong attention to detail, which led me to get my home staging license,” she says. Her love of design is also partially what led her to the real estate industry. “I truly love what I do and I think that radiates through my work,” she says.
Outside of real estate, Glueckert enjoys being with family and friends, working out, getting out on the lake, DIY projects, biking, shopping, reading, traveling and all of the excitement that Chicago has to offer.
