“I have had so many happy customers,” says Chicago broker associate Natalia Martinez, reminiscing on the many clients she’s worked with over the years. “I’m happy to help.”
Martinez built her business from the ground up with the help of her family. She recalls handing out fliers for her services with her kids after Sunday church when she first got her license. Now, 25 years later, she and her daughter, Paloma Martinez, work side by side as a team.
Martinez begins client interactions by getting them pre-approved. While her knowledge of the market and years of experience guide her through client interactions, she says her ability to talk to them and gain their trust is one of her biggest assets.
Martinez’ partnership with RE/MAX means she has access to top listings, a worldwide network of agents and cutting-edge technology. “As a RE/MAX agent, I’m dedicated to helping my clients find the home of their dreams,” Martinez says. “I know the local community — both as an agent and a neighbor — and I can help guide them through the nuances of our local market.”
In 2021, Martinez was named one of the Top 250 Latino Agents by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She also earned the RE/MAX Platinum Achievement Award in recognition of her service. She’s proud to have continued finding the perfect homes for her clients despite the pandemic.
In her spare time, Martinez volunteers with the Chicago Food Depository.
