From foreclosures to multimillion-dollar developments to traditional sales to luxury apartments to construction and renovations, Kourtney Murray has nine years of experience in many different realms of real estate, giving her a unique perspective on the market.

Murray is the leader of KM Living with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, working with buyers and sellers across the Chicago area. Owners love the team’s personalized, boutique concierge service, with innovative and customized marketing programs, numerous industry connections and a suite of powerful tools designed to help buyers fall in love with their properties.

When it comes to clients, Murray says trusting relationships is everything. “Clients like my level of honesty. If I don’t think a home is right for you, I’m very upfront with any issues I see to ensure my clients are making a smart investment.”

This year, Murray returned to her role as leasing and marketing manager of Aberdeen East. Her big project for 2022 has been remodeling 175 co-living spaces, reimagining them as 75 thoughtfully designed traditional apartments. This project was a massive undertaking, and it’s one Murray could not be more proud of. She’s already leased over half the building, all while having a record year in sales volume.
