Creative, hard-working and intelligent, dynamic duo Julie Fleetwood and Lisa Miceli, vice presidents of sales at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, lead a team of Realtors determined to help any and all clients with whatever their real estate needs may be.
Strengthened by 10 years of experience and a strong attention to detail, lifetime Chicagoan Miceli gets most of her clients from referrals. Prior to working in real estate, she worked in sales, design and advertising. Her experience in these jobs and ability to adapt her strategies gives her a cutting creative edge that helps her navigate Chicago’s real estate market. “Being a good listener and having strong attention to detail have served me well. I truly listen to what and how my client communicates so that I can best meet their needs and style,” she says. “My client’s best interest is always at the center of my focus, and shifting to meet the varied client’s style is what I am able to do well.”
Dynamic and driven, Fleetwood received a North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year award nomination during her first year in business. Pushed to become a Realtor after selling her own home, she became an expert in the culture and area of Evanston through working at her children’s’ school. A creative thinker, she is relentless in her pursuit of finding her buyers the perfect home.
Since both are so determined to see their clients succeed, it’s unsurprising that Fleetwood and Miceli complement each other well. Their teamwork earned them the awards of top producer and Top 10 Team within Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “Both Julie and I come from creative professional backgrounds, so our marketing reflects that,” Miceli says. Adds Fleetwood: “We both have tremendous books of business, but stylistically are very different, so that’s great for clients to know they have the best of both worlds, and two is better than one.”
