Armed with an undergraduate degree in business administration and a Master of Business Administration in international business management, Nancy McAdam spent several years in management consulting at Andersen Consulting/Accenture. When her church began looking for a building to purchase, she decided to get her real estate license so that she could better help them in their search. “After that, my real estate business steadily grew to the point that it became a full-time business,” McAdam says.

Seventeen years later, McAdam continues to apply the skills she honed as a management consultant to her real estate business. “Like real estate, management consulting is a client service industry where we are brought in to assess a company’s situation in any given area and identify solutions to help them achieve their goal of running their business more efficiently and effectively,” McAdam says. “These same skills of assessing clients’ situations and identifying solutions have been essential in helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. In 17 years, I have never had a buyer regret a home purchase.”

A consummate professional, McAdam is known for her persistence, commitment, dependability, and in-depth knowledge of the market and sales process. She has won both the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Top Producer award and the Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty Top Producer award for many years. She also made Chicago Agent’s Who’s Who list from 2018 to 2020 and was named one of Crain’s Chicago Business’ most influential residential real estate brokers in 2018. While a fair amount of McAdam’s business comes from referrals, she also has marketing collateral, including postcards, mailers and the powerful Sotheby’s brand, as part of her business strategy.

A volunteer outreach coordinator for Victory Ministries Church in Chicago, McAdam is passionate about traveling. To date, she has visited 38 countries around the world and plans to visit even more in the future.
