Marquette Companies, which specializes in multifamily development, investment and management, celebrated 40 years in business with a party on June 13. More than 300 people from the real estate community attended the event which took place at Water Street Naperville, the company’s mixed-use development. The anniversary celebration featured refreshments, music and entertainment as well as highlighted Marquette Companies’ expansion from Chicagoland into new markets like Florida, Tennessee and Texas.
