Related Midwest hosted a broker preview event at 500 Lake Shore Drive on May 1 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Brokers from all across Chicago attended the preview and toured the new building, which will feature 395,000 net rentable square feet with 74 studios, 93 convertibles, 240 one-bedroom and 93 two-bedroom apartments.
