Pre-construction base prices range from $249,900 to $396,900 (all prices subject to change), and sizes span approximately 1,100 to 1,800 square feet. Shodeen Residential will discount base prices by $25,000 for the first 15 buyers at Herrington Place.
Herrington Place is situated in the heart of downtown Mill Creek next to a wooded parcel, and is just 1.5 miles west of Randall Road off Fabyan Parkway.
