Because of her knowledge and success, Tassone has numerous accolades to her credit. In addition to being named one of Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 in 2005, she has also been featured in Chicago Agent magazine, Today’s Chicago Woman, and as an author in Chicago Realtor Magazine, and she continues to be in the top 1 percent of Chicago Realtors.
So far in 2012, Tassone’s efforts are paying off in substantial ways: she has already topped her 2011 sales. For her business, which is 99 percent referral-based, such success can only ensure future business down the road. Tassone aims to continue her high level of success and service while mentoring new agents and helping them reach a similar level of accomplishment.
Though she loves everything about her career, her favorite part is when she gets to see the true impact of her efforts and hard work result in satisfied clients.
“Hands down, the most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing my clients enjoy their homes,” Tassone says. “I keep in touch with my clients, and I feel such gratitude when they are happy with their homes.”
