Millie Rosenbloom is nationally ranked among the top real estate brokers in the U.S.; according to the Wall Street Journal, she was 27th in the country in terms of sales volume in 2010. Locally, she’s been included in the Top Women in Real Estate for 2011 in Today’s Chicago Woman magazine and has been number one in sales at Baird & Warner since joining the firm three years ago. A real estate leader for 28 years, Rosenbloom has a portfolio of successes, and has represented developers, banks, institutions and individuals in buying and selling a wide array of properties that are geographically diverse. What drives her, Rosenbloom says, is “the enjoyment of achieving my clients’ goals.”

Rosenbloom is committed to her fellow real estate professionals and has applied her strong work ethic and determination to leadership positions in multiple facets of the operations of the Chicago Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Her work ethic and determination led her to become the third female president in CAR’s 118-year history.
The building blocks of Rosenbloom’s extraordinary career “began by doing the basics: floor time, cold calling, mailings, open houses and building of my sphere,” she said, adding that her favorite aspects of her career are “continuing to build relationships with my co-workers, my sphere and team, and continuing to interact with all in a manner that maintains both my credibility and integrity.”
