Deborah Beaver started out in the industry 24 years ago, working as a Realtor and builder liaison. She “fell in love with new construction, and the rest is history.” With plenty of new home construction throughout Chicagoland, Beaver and her co-workers at William Ryan Homes have 10 active new home communities among their ever-growing list of projects. With a philosophy of “customer-driven by design,” the company isn’t satisfied unless its customers are.

“Every deal is custom-tailored to our customer’s needs, personally and financially,” Beaver says. Future endeavors for the company include continuing to morph their plans and offerings to the needs of the home buying consumer, and finding lots for their plans in infill locations such as Downers Grove, Naperville and Palatine.

Beaver is the corporate vice president of a national homebuilder and numerous plaques of accomplishment adorn her office walls. But winning awards isn’t her favorite part of the job — it’s helping William Ryan Homes’ customers live the “American dream” with a dream home of their own. “There is no bigger high in life than helping someone get into their new dream home,” said Beaver. When she has the chance, Beaver enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and being in the company of her triplets.
