The Grid Group is more than just Patrick Natale, Chris Bauer, Brittany Wrenn and Glenn de Falkenberg – it is a full-service luxury boutique residential real estate team. Backed by both a national and local leader, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, The Grid Group has a simple goal: to make complex situations simple. Inspired by the story of the city of Chicago itself, which burned down in 1871 and was rebuilt, The Grid Group works to simplify the real estate process. As a team of two in 2016, The Grid Group completed $25 million in residential sales and were awarded the Silver Level award from the Chicago Association Realtors. Now, with the addition of two team members, The Grid Group is on target to close an impressive $35 million.
The Grid Group comes from a diverse range of careers. Natale has been in the industry since the age of 24, Bauer began as a consultant, Wrenn came from a nonprofit and marketing background and de Falkenberg worked as a trader. Despite their varied experiences, each team member has been able to provide a unique skill set that has propelled The Grid Group to success since its inception in 2016. Natale cites the market collapse as one of his biggest learning experiences, while Wrenn credits her background in marketing for giving her a strong foundation to build her business and brand, showcase properties, and aggressively market and sell homes.
While their unique combination of skills has helped build The Grid Group’s success, what really sets them apart is their passion and dedication. Each member of the team understands what it means to earn clients’ trust through a very exciting and potentially stressful time. de Falkenberg says he always makes sure that communication lines are open with all parties. “When I do this, the other agents realize they’re working with someone who cares and has put in the time to understand their side as well. This helps the other agent and my clients.”
