Regina A.S. Broadnax
Affordable Lending Relationship Manager
Midwest Regional Condo Builder Manager
JPMorgan Chase Bank
Regina A.S. Broadnax spends her days turning people’s dreams into realities. As the Affordable Lending Relationship Manager for JPMorgan Chase’s Midwest region, she’s responsible for promoting the Affordable Lending program to real estate professionals within the Chicago market as well as in greater Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and Kentucky. “I feel blessed as well as proud when I receive a call from a first-time homebuyer thanking me for getting them into their new home,” she says. “They all say they could not have done it without me.”
In 2016, her production exceeded $6 million, a major accomplishment given that she works primarily in low-to-moderate income communities with average loan sizes of less than $100,000. She attributes that success to her patience and eagerness to show low-income, minority renters that they can become homeowners. In her prior position as a Senior Branch Manager, Broadnax ranked among the top producers and was inducted into the President’s Club.
A 20-year veteran of the mortgage and real estate industry, Joe Cirrincione creates and fosters partner relationships for the corporation’s Midwest Builder market. As the Midwest Regional Condo Builder Manager, Cirrincione’s primary functions include serving as chief liaison, cultivating business partnerships with new construction condo/builder developers and collaborating with management to ensure that the Home Lending Advisors are staying motivated and achieving success.
Cirrincione also advises business partners on how Chase can accommodate their clients’ needs. “I’m always cognizant of the market and partners demand,” he says, noting that with his experience in the industry, he has a wide breadth of knowledge for supporting his clients.
Both Broadnax and Cirrincione are members of several organizations: Broadnax is a part of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, the National Association of HIspanic Real Estate Professionals and the National Association of Professional Women; and Cirrincione is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, the Home Builders Association of Illinois and the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association.
