Specializing in the downtown, North and West neighborhoods of Chicago, Duffy has reached a new peak six years into his career. In 2016, the Chicago Association of Realtors named Duffy as a top producer, and he was also listed as one of the fastest growing agents in the city by Chicago Agent magazine. “Thanks to the support of my client base, 2017 is on track to be another record year, with the target of doubling my sales volume,” he says.
Before joining the real estate industry, Duffy worked in new business development for a large retail organization in Ireland, where his duties included brand enhancement and the expansion of new stores. That experience gave him essential tools that he uses to guide his clients through a significant milestone in their lives. “Seeing what goes into finding new locations, negotiating the terms of the deal, and overseeing the project from concept to completion was very rewarding,” he says. “Experiencing the thrill of a successful project with all the moving parts and people involved has served me well in the world of real estate.”
