Eighteen years ago, Nancy Tassone’s home search quickly unfolded into a passion for real estate. Today, she’s a trusted luxury real estate agent. Tassone has been recognized as a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors every year since 2005, and this year she pre-sold nearly every home at No. 9 Walton, an upscale condominium building that will be home to the city’s most expensive residences. Tassone is a top-producing broker who, throughout her career, has closed over $500 million in sales, making her a trusted name for high-end buyers and sellers in the Near North markets. Throughout her career, she has been ranked in the Top 25 Realtors by the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), named City MVP in Chicago Agent’s 2016 Agents’ Choice Awards, named one of LuxeHome’s Top 25 Luxury Real Estate Brokers in Chicago, named a CAR Top 1 Percent Producer and was featured as one of the National Association of Realtors’ 30 Under 30.
Despite her accolades and stellar reputation, Tassone remains down-to-earth and present, priding herself on her “start-to-finish” approach. “I want my clients to feel like I am their advocate and am there for them every step of the way. They appreciate the time I put in from pre-listing preparation to post-closing needs.” Tassone’s work ethic is one of her greatest assets. She says she started out in “a tough corporate job, where I was the first one in the office and the last one out. That work ethic has carried me through my career.”
When Tassone isn’t selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and two dogs.
